According to the report from ABS-CBN Sports, The Shanghai Sharks, a Chinese Basketball Association squad co-owned by retired NBA superstar Yao Ming, might be making a trip to the Philippines soon.
Shanghai team officials are scheduled to meet with Philippine Sports Commission officials next week for a possible friendship game with a local or national squad.

Retired NBA player Yao Ming will be joining the Shanghai Sharks, the Chinese Basketball Association team he co-owns, on their trip to the Philippines.
The Sharks are scheduled for a friendly match against a selection of PBA stars coached by Tim Cone on June 28 at the newly-built SM Mall of Asia Arena.
