Here's Typhoon Julian PAGASA Latest Update! Meanwhile at 12:00 n.n. today, 19 August 2012 the active low pressure area East of Northern Luzon has developed into a tropical depression and was named "IGME".
In its 11 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) has raised storm signal number 1 over the provinces of Isabela and Cagayan and warned of moderate to heavy rains in areas within the tropical depression's 400
kilometer diameter.

Update August 22-Wednesday:
State weather bureau PAGASA on Wednesday said a new typhoon is expected to enter the Philippine area of responsibility on Thursday morning as typhoon "Igme" leaves.
PAGASA said typhoon "Bolaven" was located 1,600 kilometers east of extreme northern Luzon as of 5 a.m. Weather forecaster Glaiza Escullar told radio dzMM that Bolaven may enter PAR on Thursday morning.
