December 5, 2012- Holiday in Palayan, Nueva Ecija

In order to give the people of the City of Palayan the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion of the 47th anniversary of its Foundation Day on December 5, 2012 was declared as Special Non-Working Day for City of Palayan nueva Ecija.

The Office of the Mayor has requested that 5 December 2012 be declared as a special non-working day.

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 5 DECEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA
WHEREAS, the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija marks the 47th anniversary of its Foundation Day on December 3-5, 2012;
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Palayan the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor has requested that 5 December 2012 be declared as a special non-working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 5 December 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan.
