"Disease from Pangasinan can have a basis somehow. Looking at the Lingayen Gulf formation or shape, it can easily capture bad elements from industries and mining, specially now that it is facing the greatest pollutant country on earth.
I did a simple reading on Lingayen Gulf water quality and it is not that good. We should take this prediction as precaution. DENR (or any agencies of ph gov) should focus more on Lingayen Gulf waste reduction and water condition monitoring and maintenance. We won't lose anything somehow if we keep this place clean."
