A friend of mine asked me to have a blog entry with regards his experience with Philippine Prudential Life Insurance Company (PPLIC).

I have been reading a lot of negative feedback and reviews regarding Philippine Prudential even before na kakasimula ko pa lang magbayad which is purely accidental or by their Promo Scam?
Naglalakad ako sa SM Pampanga together with my family and suddenly may lumapit na ahente and ask if ever I have a credit card pwede daw akong manalo ng kotse.
Sa kakukulit ng agent napasama na rin ako sa office nila and eventually as you search "Philippine Prudential Scam" in google same sotry ng mga nabiktima.
Nagstart akong mag-payment ng 2010 and nag-decide na rin akong tapusin until December 2014 ang policy ko so bale 5 years akong naghuhulog ng P26,539/annual plus initial payment na P26,000 na kinuha nila sa credit card ko.
And just yesterday nag-decide na akong i-claim ahead of my policy maturity date bu January 2025 since naisip ko at least mapakinabangan ko ang savings ko. I sent two emails to mypolicy@philippineprudential.com to ask kung paano ko ma-withdraw ang policy ko but nobody's responding to my email. So today I tried to call their office via their customer assistance number- 902-2300 regarding my concern and I asked kung bakit walang nagrerespond sa e-mail ko and the telephone operator keep on telling me "ganun po ba? ganun po ba? in a repetitive mode. And then she kept on telling me na mag-isip muna ako dahil mas mababa daw sa hinulog ko ang makukuha ko kung iwiwithdraw ko ang pera ko.
When I insists na iwiwithdraw ko na dahil ang dami kong nababasa sa Google na same story then suddenly sinabi ng telephone operator na naka-leave na daw ang nagmamanage sa e-mail na "mypolicy@philippineprudential.com.
I will be updating this blog post with regards sa magiging results ng application for policy withdrawal ng ating kaibigan. Keep posted and share with your family para di amsayang ang hard earned money natin.
