Shamcey Supsup's homecoming will be on September 15, Thursday after being crowned third runner-up in the recently concluded Miss Universe 2011 and therefore expect a hero's welcome on her arrival.
In an interview with Shamcey's father said he is excited to see his daughter come home to General Santos City.
Timoteo Supsup said General Santos City Mayor Darlene Antonino-Custodio talked to him about a hero's welcome for Shamcey when she comes home.
He added that he will be busy preparing beef steak, Shamcey's favorite food.
