7.2 Magnitude Earthquake hits Turkey- Video

A 7.2 earthquake that struck eastern Turkey on Sunday- October 23 that left at least 138 persons dead, according to reports.

Turkey's state-run television says a powerful quake has killed 30 people and injured 150 others in the eastern town of Ercis. The 7.2-magnitude earthquake struck eastern Turkey on Sunday. (Oct. 23).

According to a Reuters report, which quoted a local crisis center, 400 people have been reported missing.

Turkey's National Earthquake Monitoring Center recorded the quake's magnitude as 6.6, but the United States Geological Survey said it measured 7.2.
