MANILA, Philippines - Two-time Formula One World Champion Mika Hakkinen will visit Manila on November 5 to promote the significance and value of responsible drinking.
Hakkinen, Johnnie Walker's Responsible Drinking Ambassador, will speak about the importance of responsible drinking and will collect signatures that pledge to never drink and drive.
With Hakkinen's visit, the Philippines will now be among the countries to "Join the Pact," a global platform created by Johnnie Walker in 2008 that deliver the message of responsible drinking around the world.
Hakkinen was the Formula One World Champion in 1998 and 1999 as a driver for Team McLaren.
