This weather disturbance is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) tomorrow morning and will affect Eastern Visayas and Eastern Mindanao by tomorrow evening.
The fourth cyclone in Philippine territory, "Dindo" (Doksuri), left Philippine territory early Friday after damaging infrastructure in parts of the country.
