Here's Typhoon Carina- Latest Pagasa Weather Update! Here's Tropical Storm Carina- Pag-asa Latest Update! In its June 18- 5 p.m. bulletin, PAGASA said Northern and Central Luzon will have occasional rains becoming frequent over the western sections which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Luzon and Western Visayas and coming from the southeast to southwest over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough seas.
PAGASA said Talim, which will be locally codenamed Carina upon entering Philippine territory, is forecast to move northeast slowly.
