Today, an important consultancy contract was signed by the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and Asian Development Bank (ADB)β€”a huge stride to ensure that the planned Metro Rail Transit Line 4 Project (MRT4) will operate smoothly and efficiently, once its construction begins.

A more comfortable, convenient, and swift train riding experience awaits the Filipinos, as the project eyes to cut travel time between Taytay, Rizal and Ortigas to just half an hour, from the current one (1) to three (3) hours via road.
