In the video posted by his father, Reyes showcased one of his training sessions before the final tryouts for FCB Escola.

Talent is never enough, and for some reason, despite his youth, Sandro knows this. He works really hard, oftentimes, too hard. He is focused on his goal and his mind helps him overcome physical difficulties. When we found out Barca wanted him back for a final trial, private training had to be done at least 3 times a week for 1.5 to 2 hours per session. Coach Neco Lambey must be given a lot of credit for sharpening Sandro's fundamentals while keeping the long training sessions still enjoyable.
