What is SMP CONTRACT:
Saudi Aramco does not employ any nationality as a direct hire for this recruitment project; the hired candidates will work at Saudi Aramco as SMP under a SMP (Supplemental Manpower) contractor's sponsorship, and in our case, it will be called as under SMP sponsorship. Although the interviews will be held by Saudi Aramco officials, thereafter, whoever are chosen will be reporting to Aramco end users/proponent under SMP’s contract. SMP and it’s recruitment agency will be responsible for arrangements such as interview scheduling, job offering, visa stamping, flight booking (travel to KSA) for out of Kingdom candidates, etc.
