The Ateneo Blue Eagles beat De La Salle Green Archers, 66-63 in an intense game of UAAP 2012 Final Four to take the second spot of the UAAP 2012 Finals and will meet the University of Sto. Tomas who earlier defeated the National University, 63-57 to take the first slot on the UAAP 2012 Finals.
DLSU took the lead 62- 61 with 1:11left in 4th quarter however, DLSU's Ryan Buenafe three-pointer get the lead back for Ateneo! Ateneo Eagles lead 64-62 with 55.6s left. and La Salle calls a timeout.
ADMU and UST both have twice to beat advantage after leading the table on Preliminary Stage. ADMU is the No.1 seed going to Final Four while UST is the second seed. The two teams both won their games on September 29 heading to their clash on the Finals.
