PAL passengers may now pay for their domestic tickets 24/7 in over 766 7-Eleven outlets nationwide. For inquiries, passengers may call the ECPay Customer Support hotline at (02) 421-6032 to 35 or email customerservice@ecpay.com.ph.

Here is how to avail of the new service:
- Book a flight through the PAL website (the flight must be at least 48 hours from the time of booking).
- Once the flight is confirmed, select the “Reserve and Hold” option on the summary page.
- Input passenger details and then print the confirmation email.
- Go to the nearest 7-Eleven outlet within 24 hours, present the booking confirmation to the cashier and pay the amount.
- The E-ticket and official receipt will be emailed to you.
