September 29 Special non-Workind Day in the City of Bacoor Cavite as  the City of Bacoor marks the celebration of its 401st Founding Anniversary and the 5th edition of the Bakood Festival on Saturday, 29 September 2012.

Proclamation No. 465, s. 2012MALACAÑAN PALACEMANILABY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINESPROCLAMATION NO. 465DECLARING SATURDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BACOORWHEREAS, the City of Bacoor marks the celebration of its 401st Founding Anniversary and the 5th edition of the Bakood Festival on Saturday, 29 September 2012;
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Bacoor the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 29 September 2012, as a special non-working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Saturday, 29 September 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bacoor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
