Here's LTFRB Oplan Isnabero Hotline. LTFRB launched Oplan Isnabero for the Holiday season to penalized taxi drivers who will refuse to take passengers and try to choose the one they like to take.
According to GMA report, after the successful implementation of its "Oplan Isnabero" drive against taxi drivers, the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) vowed to sustain the program even after Christmas, at least in Metro Manila.
Under the "Oplan Isnabero" program, first implemented during the second week of December, authorities go after abusive "isnabero" (snobbish) drivers who:
- refuse convey passengers, or
- refuse to use their taxi meters.
