An explosion behind Palma Hall in UP Diliman in Quezon City caused injuries to two people Monday afternoon. Police said it was caused by a pillbox, correcting an earlier report that it was a vintage bomb according to AKTV report.
Initial reports from Quezon City police said the victims, both construction workers, were rushed to the East Avenue Medical Center for treatment.
