MECHANICS:

1. For every P1,500 single receipt purchase of any PENSHOPPE items, customer can buy a copy of Take Me Home: Yearbook Edition for only P550. Total purchase must be net of employee and/or customer discount if applicable.
2. The album cannot be bought separately and must be transacted along with the PENSHOPPE items.
3. Customer must fill out the registration sheet after purchase and have their receipt validated by the store staff.
4. The album can be redeemed immediately after purchase. In case the store runs out of albums, the customer can reserve a copy by paying the full price of the album. She will then be asked to write her contact information on the wait list. The store staff will inform the customer once the album is available.
5. To claim the album, customer must present the receipt at the same store where purchase was made.
6. PENSHOPPE will implement a strict "no receipt, no claiming" policy. PENSHOPPE will not be responsible for lost receipts.
7. Promo is valid in all PENSHOPPE and Teenlab boutiques nationwide. Department stores, kiosks, outlet stores and multi-brand stores/Fashion Hubs are not included.
