According to TMZ, Larry Bird’s son is reportedly facing multiple charges for intimidation with a deadly weapon, criminal mischief, battery with injury, and possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
The victim (his girlfriend), 20, told Indiana University Police that she and Bird, who police say is an IU student, had been arguing, first at Bird's Smallwood Apartment complex, and later in the parking lot of Memorial Stadium. She said Bird threw a cell phone at her at the apartment, which hit her on her wrist.
