GMA News reported, former Senior Superintendent Cezar Mancao II, a suspect in the sensational November 2000 twin killings of publicist Salvador "Bubby" Dacer and his driver Emmanuel Corbito, has escaped from detention at the National Bureau of Investigation.
NBI Deputy Dir. Esmeralda says Mancao's detention cell, prior to his escape, was unlocked.
