Here's June 18, 2013- Class Suspension announcement. Yesterday, torrential rainfall has resulted in flooding in Metro Manila (the city province of Manila) and other nearby provinces.
Report says that classes in some schools in Pagalungan, Maguindanao, were suspended due to flooding. According to GMA News, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) has suspended June 24 classes in its Manila and San Juan campuses.
UST high school, college, post graduate classes and office work cancelled from 3:00pm onwards today, June 18, 2013.
San Juan suspends classes in all levels in private and public schools.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), 2 more cyclones are expected to bring further heavy rains this month.
