The National University (NU) Bulldogs (10-4), De La Salle University (DLSU) Green Archers (10-4), Far Eastern University (FEU) Tamaraws (10-4), and University of Santo Tomas (UST) Growling Tigers (8-6) comprise the final four teams. 

The top seed will battle the number 4 team while the second ranked squad will meet the third.
