According to the report from PhilStar, the House of Representatives will scrap the P27-billion Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) from the proposed P2.268-trillion national budget for 2014.
While the lump sum PDAF will no longer appear in the budget program, the fund will be given to the different executive agencies to which lawmakers can make recommendations in implementation.
