HOW TO REPORT PET NEGLECT
If you want to report your neighbor who is neglecting their pet (pinapabayaan, hindi inaalagaan) - please read http://www.paws.org.ph/pet-neglect-what-to-do.html and send in your complete report and affidavit through proper channels.
CAN PAWS ADOPT YOUR PET?
If you are asking if PAWS can "adopt" your pet or if you can surrender your pet to PAWS -- NO, PAWS will not accept your pets. Please read:
