ESL One Manila brings esports to one of the largest Dota 2 playerbases in the world on April 23rd and 24th. Featuring 8 international teams, a $250,000 prize pool, and an arena full of dedicated fans, the atmosphere in the Mall of Asia Arena for this two day esports event is sure to be electric. Format
ESL One Manila will be an 8 team single elimination tournament featuring the best Dota 2 teams from around the world. The event will feature one team from Europe, one team from the United States, one team from the Philippines, one Southeast Asian teams, and one Chinese team. In addition teams will be invited directly to the event based on past performance.
According to blogdota2.com, another bigger DOTA 2 events will be produced by PGL, with the main event to take place June 7 – 12 in the Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines. With three seating tiers available, pricing for event tickets will be ₱200/100/50 per day for the weekdays, and ₱400/200/100 per day for the weekend days.
