The second of the series of debates under the Commission on Elections (Comelec) is sponsored by The STAR, TV5 and BusinessWorld.
The debate features a modified panel format that will be aired live on TV 5.
The moderator were News 5 department chief Luchie Cruz-Valdes, while the panel composed of The STAR editor-in-chief Amy Pamintuan and news editor Marichu Villanueva, TV5 News anchor Ed Lingao, TV5 Public Affairs host Lourd de Veyra, economist Tony Abad of Bloomberg Philippines and Ruphil Banoc of DxZL Radio Mindanao Network.
