Here's the Step by Step Guide:

1. OnlineServices.dmw.gov.ph

2. Click Let's Go

3. Click Register

4. Click I accept the Terms of Use after reading

5. Please enter the Personal info

First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Suffix, Gender, eMail Address, Birthday

6. Click Register

7. Summary of Entry will be displayed for confirmation 

8. Password will be sent to your eMail or some instances it will be displayed

9. Online Services, dmw.gov.ph

10. Click let's Go

11. Login using your registered email and the password generated by the system

12. You will be asked to encode your new password twice

13. Accomplish your profile, Passport Identification, Beneficiary (Answer 'Yes)
