How to Request Editing of Registered Name or Birthday or Gender in the POEA/DMW eRegistration

 Here's the tutorial on How to Request Editing of Registered Name or Birthday or Gender in the POEA/Department of Migrant Workers eRegistration.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to www.OnlineServices.dmw.gov.ph

2.Scroll down to HelpDesk.

3.Click create Ticket

.Click continue at "Welcome to Online Helpdesk".

5. Select Service: online Services ERegistration

6. Select Concern:Edit Account Problem- Name, Birthday or Gender

7. Click Next

8. Read and Click Next

9. Click i know my ERegistration No/registered Email Address/I forgot my ERegistration No and  Email Address

10. Encode ERegistration No or regsitered Email Address or personal info

11. Select Processing Site Near You

12. Encode Concern Details and Encode Contact Number

13. Attached passport (less then 2MB), Click Upload

14. Click Submit Ticket, click 'Yes' to confirm

15. Copy the Ticket number to Inquirefor Updates
