Tutorial on How to Recover your OFW/DMW eRegistration Account

 Here's the Tutorial on How to Recover your OFW/DMW eRegistration Account. Just visit www.OnlineServices.dmw.gov.ph and scroll down to Help Desk. 

Please follow the step by step tutorial below:

1. Go to www.OnlineServices.dmw.gov.ph

2. Scroll down to Help Desk

3. Click create Ticket

4. Click continue at "Welcome to Online Help Desk"

5. Select Service: online Services ERegistration

6. Select Concern: Account Problem- I forgot my eRegistration Details

7. Click Next

8. Read and the Click Next

9. Click I forgot my ERegistration Number and Email Address

10. Encode Registrant's Name and Birthday

11. Click Find Ticket

12. Select Processing Site near you.

13. Encode Contact Number new active email address

14. Attach passport(less than 2MB), click upload

15. Click Submit Ticket, click 'Yes' to confirm

16. Copy the Ticket number to Inquire for updates
