Copy-Paste Work from EIOS, for Real or Scam?

Is the Copy-paste work opportunity  Online legit, or just another form of a scam? I am asking and not jumping to the conclusion that it was a scam.

Late posting but worth to ponder. Last week, I have seen Facebook ads from BackWork PH regarding the online scheduler and I thought it has something to do with Project Scheduling. So I visit the page to check what their business is all about.

According to the information, BWPH is powered by Extreme International Online System which aims to provide online opportunities to netizens in the comfort of their homes. Benefits include, Work from anywhere, a Flexible time schedule, Free training provided and Gadgets and travel incentives.

When I Inquire about the ad posting, this is what I got on my messenger:

 Hi! Thanks for showing interest.

This is "Name of the manager" from BWPH powered by Extreme International Online System.

The Online System/Opportunity that I am a part of is growing. You can attend a free zoom webinar if you want to know more.

Reply DONE and send a screenshot once you already send it so we can check and give the next instructions.

Thank you.

So, I attended on April 22 and learn that they will only get fifty persons to join their team. For me, the presentation looks very similar to "Pyramiding"? They were presenting personalities who got their pay cheques from P72,000 to P800,000 a month. You can check out their Facebook to see what I'm talking about.  To cut the story short the only thing I remember regarding the copy-paste task was that, if you were chosen to join their group, you will require to open a new Facebook account or dummy account and you will choose which country you will invite new friends with special mention on Papua New Guinea, At this stage I was bothered already knowing a lot of scam news from PNG. Still I tried to stay listening to the webinar. To cut the story short, to become a member you will need to pay P9990 for a card with a code that you will use to open your account with them. And here, I already left the webinar.

And the Manager of BW PH message me:

.Hi! Did you finish the Webinar? What's your plan and what option did you choose?

I can personally chat Pres. to secure your slot. Or if you have already sent a text message, let me know as well so I can follow up with him to make sure you are prioritized. Thank you.

Thank you.

Again I am not jumping to a conclusion if this kind of business is legit or a scam. I am asking because I never heard of a copy-paste work opportunity before.

Then I came across this post from "TheCandySnowBear" from Reddit: Be careful of "ONLINE APPOINTMENT SETTER " Jobs, EIOS Scam

Copy-Paste Work from EIOS, for Real or Scam?

Hi All,

Reaching out to people who were seeking online jobs or looking to get extra money. I come to warn you guys about a scam that you should not interact with.

I just attended a webinar from a company called EIOS (Extreme International Online System), since I'm actively looking for extra income, my socmed ads are littered with job openings and offers for remote work.

In my case, EIOS and Lift (scam page from EIOS I bet) posted a job ad looking for 50 "Online appointment setters" and they described their job role in 2 points.

  1. Non-voice, chat using scripts

  2. Earn anywhere, anything using a phone or laptop, anything that can connect to the internet.

Of course, this should already be a red flag from the get-go, but I explored further to understand their new strategy for getting more "victims". Looking at their FB page, they bragged about their members earning 6 figure commissions in less than 2 weeks.

Attending the webinar further confirms my suspicion. Personally, the webinar is "s", and the majority of the webinar is all about talking about how legit their work/company is, photos of "legit" checks containing 6k figures, and their shitty narrative that "This is not a Job" but an opportunity to earn income (Technically speaking, anything that involves compensation for doing service is a JOB)
What made me quit the webinar halfway is they showed a photo of a member showing her check worth 100k plus, but in the background, you can see a logo of EC (Empowered Consumerism. How stupid do you think the people in the webinar are to not take the time to edit out that logo?

Now I understand that most of the people in this subreddit have a certain level of familiarity with this scam or the whole pyramid scheme, but I hope that through this post I can help at least one soul to avoid throwing their hard-earned cash into these unethical schemes.

In conclusion:
EC Companies are posting legitimate Job ads to gain new members, they prey on active job seekers looking to work remotely. But there are signs to spot them as you do your research:
If the job is too easy and the pay is too big...
If all they do is brag about their earnings...
If they refer to their colleagues as Coaches/Mentors
If they require you to "Invest" any amount of money.

Then it's a scam.

Note: If you're looking for a legitimate platform to find work on, I suggest:

  1. Linkedin

  2. Upwork (Freelancers, Project Based Contracts)

  3. Glassdoor

  4. Indeed PH

  5. JobYoda (recommended for those in the BPO Industry)

Copy-Paste Work from EIOS, for Real or Scam?

Sharing my experience for awareness: Confirmed pyramid scheme 😵.

Webinar - Introduction of their company. They mentioned about Alliance products. Nabanggit dito na ung task will be more of setting appointments to clients (for the products na pinakita nila). Most of the time were spent on flashing their 6 digits earners and their journey. Bale indi naman ako nagbayad agad siguro after 1 week pa ata. After ko magpay sinet nila ako for zoom meeting for Module 1.

Module 1 - GTKY ang format and nakausap ko via zoom ung nakachat ko about this appointment setter task na nakita ko sa IG.

Module 2 - 2hrs. Parang nirepeat lang ulit ung webinar + ung genealogy and perfect structure cost 76k+(promo) or around 100k+ if not. Its like buying 10 accounts ata.. account cost 10,500. Kasi sa gantong structure daw maaari kang kumita ng 6 digits or more in a month. Ganern.

Following day, nagmessage ung nakausap ko sa module 1, asking if magperfect structure daw ba ako kasi daw lalatagan na daw ung mga direct line ko. Masisira daw ung structure ko and i will lost the chance to earn 6 digits. Like if i buy those 10 accnts tapos di ko mamanage sayang lang. So sabi ko attend muna ako module 3 then after that saka na ako magdecide.

Module 3 - ayun na nga confirmed! Bale ung work ni appointment setter is to get clients AKA like me to avail their program. 😂 Then copy and paste ng scripts.. those that they used din nung narecruit ako. 😂 May isa nagtanong initially daw ang sinabi is magset ng appointment with prospective client for the products indi namention na mang rerecruit kami ng tulad namin. Ayun paikot ikot ung sagot ni Mam. 😂 So ayun sayang ung 10,500. 😶

I've been dropping questions and hints sa GC baka magets nung ibang attendees ung scheme. 😁🤞
