Let's commend DMW Staffs for working even on Saturdays for Saudi Claimants

Department of Migrant Workers Secretary Susan Ople should be commended for their hard work and initiative to assist our Overseas Filipino Workers who lost their Job at the Construction companies in Saudi Arabia from the year 2016 to 2019.

According to Secretary Ople, the KSA government, through the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) and in close coordination with the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, has requested the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) to submit a list of claimants for approval by a special committee created by the Saudi government.

Yesterday during the DMW press conference, Ople warns intruders not to try to pretend to be one of the claimants since they might succeed here in the Philippines but the Sudi Government's data base is sophisticated and everything will be checked.

We are grateful that DMW will handle this matter since OWWA Branches is making it difficult for the claimants to get the 10k Humanitarian Assistance for Saudi Claimants.

Yesterday, April 14, Friday, a friend of mine already submitted an e-mail as per the format given by DMW and today, April 15 Saturday, he received an acknowledgment from the DMW staff who are working even on Saturday.
