Can I change my Mobile Number as a User ID on eGov PH Super App

How to change my Mobile Number as a User ID on eGov PH Super App

There is no direct procedure for changing the Mobile Number as User ID through an active account. Instead, we advise the following procedure:

Step #1: Delete your current account.
Step #2: Register your other Mobile Number as new account
Step #3: Accomplish the Authentication Process
Step #4: Continue enjoying the eGov PH Super App with your new account

Can I have multiple User Accounts?

Since your Super App is connected and registered with your  PhilSys Number, an individual may register multiple Mobile Numbers as User Accounts. But, only one Mobile Number could be verified through their PhilSys Number.

Can I transfer my information from one Mobile Number to Another?

No. The eGov PH follows a ‘One Mobile Number per PhilSys Number’ Policy; which means that users cannot have two Mobile Numbers as accounts at the same.

If the user has to transfer information to a new Mobile Number, eGov advise the the same procedure procedure from Steps  1 to 4 above.

Is the eGov PH Super App overrides the existing government online service systems?

The intention of the eGov PH Super App is to serve as supplemental to the already existing government online systems, and not to replace them. Can I use the App overseas?

Yes. One of the objectives of the eGov PH Super App is to provide the social assistance needed by Overseas Filipino Workers. Ensure the verification of the account, through your PhilSys Number, to have access to government services.

Can the App be used by foreign nationals?

Foreign nationals may install the eGov PH Super App and register an account provided they have a Philippine Mobile Number. But if the account remains unverified, the access will be limited to the News Section.

The PhilSys Number is a requirement for the Verification Process, and to allow access to the government services integrated in the eGov PH Super App. On the other hand, access for Unverified Accounts is limited to the News Section. Anyone can install the eGov PH Super App but the extent of access varies.

An egov super app may include services such as paying taxes, applying for permits and licenses, registering for elections, accessing public records, and tracking the status of government requests.

The goal of an egov super app is to provide citizens with a convenient and efficient way to access government services, reducing the need for physical visits to government offices and improving the overall citizen experience.
