How will I know if my transaction was a success?

As receipt to keep you informed on the progress status and completion of transactions, notifications will be sent through the following channels:
  • Mobile Number as User ID
  • Registered E-mail Address
  • Record in History Section
How do you know if your Transaction at eGov Super App is Successful

What if my transaction is not recorded in the History Section?

We request at least 24 hours of waiting for transactions be reflected in the History Section. If no record was made beyond this, we advise to contact tthe eGov PH Helpdesk through the following means:

  • E-mail Support: TBA
  • Ticketing Section: TBA
