PNB Deactivating Online Banking Services

Starting 1PM of May 26, 2023,all banking services in PNB Account Access Portal will be deactivated and moved to the PNB Digital App.Check your email for details

According to the Philippine National Bank, as part of their commitment to provide their customers with a seamless, convenient and secure banking experience, please be advised that the following PNB Account Access Portal services will be exclusively available on the PNB Digital App.

  • PNB UITF Online Services (starting May 29, 2023)
  • View Deposit Account Details and Transaction History
  • Checkbook Reorder
In line with this, above services will no longer be available on the PNB Account Access Portal starting 1PM of May 26, 2023 (Friday).

You may continue to do your usual banking transactions and much more using the PNB Digital App.
For more information on these changes on the PNB Account Access Portal, visit pnb.com.ph/aap.

PNB will give notice if their records show that the customera' email address is registered in the PNB Account Access Portal. Please disregard this advisory if you are no longer a user of the service.
