FAP Reported that Amir Khan will defend his world light-welterweight titles (WBA Super Light Welterweight and IBF World Light Welterweight) against US mandatory challenger Lamont Peterson on December 10, according to promoter Richard Schaefer.
The said fight is expected to be the last for the Englishman in the division before he moves up next year to welterweight, where his possible opponents could include unbeaten US star Floyd Mayweather who just won his controversial match against Victor Ortiz via 4th Round TKO and Filipino icon Manny Pacquiao who will be having his latest scheduled fight against Mexican Juan Manuel Marquez for the third time on November 12.
