Ateneo law professor Eugenio 'Toto' Villareal as the new chairman of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board.
Villareal assumed the post late Wednesday afternoon after receiving his appointment papers dated November 28. He takes over the post vacated by Grace Poe-Llamanzares who will be seeking a Senate seat in 2013 polls.
