Watch FIBA Asia 2013- Kwentong Gilas Video Replay. The 2013 Smart Gilas Pilipinas National team,is led by returning head coach Chot Reyes. With almost three months of practice here and abroad, Gilas will have the luxury of playing in the comfortable confines of the MOA Arena from August 1-11.
