The National Bureau of Investigation is set to file a plunder complaint on Monday against Sens. Jinggoy Estrada, Juan Ponce Enrile and Ramon Revilla, Jr., who were said to have benefited from a multibillion peso scam involving the use of their Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) or pork barrel.
According to GMA News, based on evidence shown, three senators will face plunder charges in connection to the alleged pork barrel scam: Juan Ponce Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada and Bong Revilla.
