With the preliminary round of games in the FIBA Asia Championship all done, 12 teams move into the second round of the tournament. Qualifiers from Group A and Group B combine to form Group E, while qualifiers from Group C and Group D combine to form Group F.

All teams retain their records from the first round, with wins and losses against eliminated squads stricken from their marks.
