Here's some of the early advisory of "Walang Pasok" due to Typhoon "Glenda".
The typhoon is currently bringing heavy rain and strong winds to Northern Samar, said GMA's resident meteorologist Nathaniel “Mang Tani” Cruz in a Balitanghali weather report late Tuesday morning, according to GMA News.
It will continue to move towards the Bicol Region and is expected to hit Metro Manila early Wednesday, he added.
As of 10:00 am Tuesday, Typhoon Glenda was located east northeast of Catarman, Northern Samar or 160 km east southeast of Legazpi City. It was carrying maximum sustained winds of 120 kph and gustiness of up to 150 kph, according to PAGASA'S 11:00 am update. Glenda is moving west at 24 kph and is expected to make landfall over Albay-Sorsogon area on Tuesday afternoon, PAGASA said in their 11:00 AM forecast.
