The Philippine U-23 Women's Volleyball team bounced back from a tough loss against Iran yesterday by defeating Kazakhstan in 3 straight sets 25-19, 25-11, and 28-26. on Saturday at the PSC Arena (formerly Ultra) in Pasig. Philippines minimized their errors through a well distributed offensive sets from Jia Morado and stellar floor defense from Tin Agno. Their spikers Alyssa Valdez, Jaja Santiago, Gretchel Soltones, and Myla Pablo also clicked on all cylinders to seal the victory. Overall, they had great teamwork to help their team advance to the next round. (Val Marvin G. Macanas).
