How to register your chainsaw

The Department of Natural Resources and Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR-CENRO) issues permits for the official possession and use of chainsaws by duly authorized individuals.

 Requirements:
  • Stencil serial number of chainsaw
  • Duly accomplished application form
  • Official Receipt from DENR-CENRO for chainsaw registration
  • Detailed specification of chainsaw (e.g. model, brand, engine capacity)

Fee
P500 per chainsaw
Procedure:
  • Visit the local DENR-CENRO and fill up the Chainsaw Registration Form
  • Attach all the specified required documents (as seen in the previous tab)
  • Pay the registration fee, then forward a copy of the Official Receipt to the CENRO Focal Person.
  • CENRO will then verify the documents and inspect the chainsaw. After verification, CENRO will then assign control number and release the certificate of registration.
