At 4:00 pm today, the eye of typhoon "FALCON" was located based on all available data at 1,065 km east of Basco, Batanes (20.6N, 132.2E) with maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 20 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Western Visayas.
