Grace Poe, 46, was picked by 12 of 23 analysts and bankers in a Bloomberg survey.
A Bloomberg survey conducted in June showed Poe garnering 12 votes out of 23 analysts and bankers, as the "best choice" in the 2016 presidential elections. Interior and Local Government Secretary Manuel "Mar" Roxas II got 4 votes while Vice President Jejomar Binay received 3 votes.
Despite keeping mum on her plans to run for higher office in 2016, Poe was chosen by 12 of 23 respondents in Bloomberg Business poll done in June.
