Lisa Soberano Replacing Angel Locsin as Darna

Lisa Soberano is said to reprise the role of Darna after Angel Locsin refuse to do the role due to Health Condition. 

In a statement released by ABS-CBN and Star Cinema, they said that while they have envisioned Angel to do the movie, her health and safety are both their primary concern. Hence, the decision.

There is also a report that Angel will be replaced by Liza Soberano to play the role of iconic Filipino heroine.
