Video- Felix Manalo Film Holds 2 Guinness World Records

It's Official The movie 'Felix Manalo' holds the world record for the largest attendance for a film screening and world record for largest attendance for a film premiere.

Felix Manalo is an upcoming historical-biographical film dramatising the life of Felix Ysagun Manalo, the first Executive Minister of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, and the gospel he preached.

Synopsis



Felix Manalo covers Manalo's life, particularly the religious journey which culminated in his establishing the Iglesia ni Cristo, which he registered with the Philippine government on 27 July 1914.

The film will also depict the origins of the church during the American Occupation, its growth in the Philippines and the church's struggles before it reached its present stature. The characters of Felix Manalo, and his wife, Honorata de Guzman-Manalo, will be portrayed by Dennis Trillo and Bela Padilla respectively.

FELIX YZAGUN MANALO is a sprawling historical epic that traces the origins and growth of the Iglesia ni Cristo (The Church of Christ) that was officially established here in the Philippines in from its humble beginnings in 1914 through to the present day. It is framed by the life of its first Executive Minister, Felix Manalo, from the time of his birth in 1886.
