Who are the Contractors in Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge

Where to apply for a job opening for Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge and who are the Contractors. The project is currently in Design Phase I have talked to the Chief Engineer of Bataan District II and she mentioned that the implementation of the project is under DPWH Central Office.

TYLin is providing Detailed Design Engineering (DED) for the new Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge in the Philippines.

The contract was awarded to a joint venture of TYLin and the Republic of Korea’s Pyunghwa Engineering Consultants, working with Switzerland-based Renardet and the Philippines’ DCCD Engineering Corporation.

It is said to cut the Central Luzon-Calabarzon travel time from five hours to just 45 minutes. The 32.15-kilometer, four-lane, the inter-island bridge will connect Brgy. Alas-asin in Mariveles, Bataan and Brgy. Timalan Concepcion in Naic, Cavite, and once completed, it will be the longest bridge in the Philippines.

The project includes a 32.15-kilometer-long, four-lane, cable-stayed bridge that will cross the Manila Bay and connect Barangay Alas-asin in Mariveles, Bataan, and Barangay Timalan, Naic, Cavite.

The Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge Project is led by the project owner, the Government of the Philippines, and implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) of the Philippine government. The project is being developed with funding from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

The TYLin-led team is currently performing Preliminary Engineering Design and Geotechnical Site Investigations, with Detailed Engineering Design to follow. The design phase is targeted for completion in late 2023.
