Meanwhile, The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) commends the outstanding achievement of the following examinees who received the TOP SPOTS in the recently concluded April 2023 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination. The list emerged from 5,887 successful passers out of 16,936 examinees across the country.
