Even in times of disappointment, Philippine volleyball fans will always find a brighter side and make fun of the situation. 

Filipino volleyball enthusiasts blamed the Head Coach of the Philippine National Women's Volleyball Team for the fourth-place finish at the 32nd Cambodia SEA Games. The fans plead, for de Brito to give playing time to Team Captain, Alyssa Valdez. The only time Valdez was seen on the court was during the Philippine match against Singapore, where she subbed, for Middle Blocker, Palomata on the service line, and during the final match point where the phenom did close the match.
